Our commitment goes beyond our products, it is about contributing to a healthier planet, supporting colleagues and strengthening business relationships.
We’re developing a global ESG strategy as a driver of innovation, trust, and long-term value creation, one that’s focused on embedding responsible practices into how we operate as a business.
As a starting point, we carried out a double materiality assessment to give our strategy focus and ensure it addresses the topics most relevant to our stakeholders. In 2026, we will release our first public sustainability report, where we provide our first progress update.
Sustainable and Safe Products
Make a difference where we can. We're committed to future-proofing our business by reducing our carbon footprint. We plan to set targets to drive reductions in both our own activities and across our entire value chain. Sustainable packaging is a focal point of this sustainability strategy and one of the key ways in which we aim to reduce our environmental footprint.

Fostering environments where our people can thrive. We believe our greatest asset is our people. That’s why we're committed to creating safe work environments that meet industry standards, promoting inclusivity organization-wide, and providing meaningful opportunities for professional development. This responsibility extends well beyond our own teams. We advocate for safe working conditions and upholding workers’ rights across the entire value chain.

Earning trust by setting ethical standards. Our standards guide our organizational decision-making and relationships across the entire value chain. We commit to communicating our products’ benefits clearly, putting rigorous processes and policies in place to uphold our ethical standards, and requiring all suppliers to embrace and support our Supplier Code of Conduct.
Partnership
Through our partnership with Lignaverda, we've created a powerful bridge between employee wellness and environmental impact in Africa's semi-arid regions. For every kilometer our team members walk, run, cycle, or swim, a tree is planted to combat desertification and help local communities thrive.
Since 2008, Lignaverda has successfully restored over 17,000 hectares of degraded land while creating thousands of jobs for local communities. Our partnership with this UN-certified organization directly supports our science-based climate targets and underscores our vision for becoming a Force for Good.
